Under online mode of Training, the Trainer will be based in India and the Trainees will be in UK. Delivered via the internet, our technical infrastructure is top-notch and ensures a learning atmosphere similar to that of a traditional classroom. Our Online Training Sessions and Virtual Classrooms offer clear, swift multimedia communication across the Internet. These are cost-effective, innovative training services offered by us, using the latest in software technology. These online sessions create a live, interactive environment between the trainers and the trainees, breaking barriers of distance and geography in order to provide with an excellent learning experience.
WebEx tool will be used for the online training. Trainees can view the Trainer throughout the session, the Trainer can play Video or PowerPoint and the Trainees can view the same online. The training content can be recorded and replayed. The content will be available for the trainees for a period of 3 months in the Cloud. If needed the content can be downloaded as MP4 file into local system of the Trainees.
For software demo we will use remote desktop tool like TeamViewer. Based on the number of Trainees there will be equal number of remote desktops connected with remote desktop.
There will be online training coordinators and virtual lab coordinators for the training programme. They will ensure that there is no interruption during online training session.
We provide Instructor Led Training Sessions which will have more one on one interaction with participant’s especially hands-on lab sessions. Here the Trainers travel to UK and in a training hall the training will be provided.
It is a combination of Online Training @ 75% and Classroom based Training @ 25%. Most part of training will be carried out online and final hands on training project work will be done in UK classroom sessions. The blended model saves the cost as in the case of online training comparing to in person class room training sessions. During the project work there will be more interactions between the trainer and trainee. Hence this model combines advantages of both the online and class room training models.
The eBooks will be provided separately for the seven technology areas that are mentioned in the beginning of this document.
We will provide LMS login ids for all the trainees. This will track the learning progress, assignments, online test which gives a clear dash board on each trainees’ learning performances.
All our Trainers are having international training experience and well-versed with the all the three training model. For each training programme, we will have 3 trainers readily available even though 1 trainer is adequate. This will have redundancy built into the training system and any unexpected unavailability of a trainer will not affect the training schedule.
Cloud facility will be arranged for infra structure requirements for various training programs. We can procure half monthly / monthly / quarterly/ annually based on number of subscription license.
